Welcome to SaaSora!
These are our terms of service, and they are important. By using SaaSora, you agree to these terms, which also include our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and Affiliate Agreement. These rules are legally binding and govern your use of our platform.
Changes Can Happen
We might update these terms, and when we do, they become effective right away. If you keep using SaaSora after we make changes, you're agreeing to the new terms.

1. Use of Platform
1.1. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. If you're a parent or guardian allowing a minor (aged 13-18) to use the platform, you're responsible for their account and ensuring it's suitable for them.
1.2. Platform Account Ownership
You own the platform account unless you're representing a business, in which case the business owns it. If you're accepting these terms for a business, you must have the authority to do so.
1.3. Intended Use
Use the platform for lawful purposes and do not violate any laws. Ensure you have the necessary licenses and permissions. You're responsible for your actions, your employees', and your customers' actions on the platform. Don't misrepresent the platform or services. Cooperate with information requests from authorities if needed.
1.4. Privacy
Your use of the platform means you agree to the privacy policy. SaaSora is not responsible for deleted or lost information. If you provide access to the platform to your customers, you must have your privacy policy and their consent.
1.5. Login Credentials
Keep your login details confidential. Notify SaaSora of any unauthorized access. SaaSora can disable your login credentials if needed.
1.6. Use of Communication Services
You're responsible for all communications sent via the platform. Comply with laws like GDPR. SaaSora is a technology platform, not a communication originator.
1.7. Third Party Services
SaaSora is not responsible for third-party services. Pausing or deleting your account may affect some features.
1.8. Third Party Content
Use third-party content at your own risk. SaaSora doesn't endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content.
1.9. Customizations
You can customize the platform with your branding but be mindful of copyright and trademark issues. SaaSora can remove your modifications without notice.
1.10. Excessive Use Restrictions
Data use may affect performance. SaaSora may require an upgrade, suspend, or terminate your use if your data use is excessive.
1.11. Platform Updates
SaaSora can make updates or changes to the platform at any time. Your use of the platform is not contingent on specific features.
1.12. International Use
Don't use the platform if you're in an embargoed country or a sanctioned entity. SaaSora doesn't guarantee the platform's availability outside the United Kingdom, and you're responsible for compliance with local laws if you access it from another country.
2. Prohibited Uses
Using the platform in any way that breaks the law, harms others, or violates these terms is strictly prohibited. Doing any of the following can result in suspension or termination of your platform account:
- Violating any laws or regulations
- Trying to harm or exploit anyone through the platform.
- Sharing or using content that doesn't follow these terms.
- Sending unlawful advertisements or spam.
- Pretending to be someone else, including SaaSora or its employees.
- Any behaviour that disrupts others' use of the platform.
- Actions that could harm other users or SaaSora.
- Overloading or damaging the platform's functionality.
- Using automated tools to access the platform without permission.
- Unauthorized monitoring or copying of platform content.
- Using software that disrupts the platform.
- Introducing harmful viruses or malware.
- Trying to access or disrupt the platform's servers or connected systems.
- Launching denial-of-service attacks or similar disruptions.
- Any attempt to interfere with the platform's proper functioning.
In short, use the platform responsibly and within the bounds of the law and these terms.
3. Payment
a. Fees
You must pay all fees for using the platform. Fees can change over time. Communication surcharges are separate and nonrefundable. Fees will be billed to your credit or debit card. Keep your billing information accurate and up-to-date.
b. Noncancellable Fees
Some subscriptions require a non-cancellable commitment. You can't cancel these fees until the commitment is met.
c. No Mark-Ups
You can't increase SaaSora's fees when passing them on to your customers. You're responsible for any issues or disputes related to these fees.
d. Taxes
You're responsible for taxes related to your platform use and transactions. SaaSora may collect taxes as required and make tax-related decisions. You must reimburse SaaSora for any tax-related claims.
e. Overdue Amounts
If your credit/debit card doesn't pay for services, SaaSora can suspend or terminate your access. You'll have to pay any overdue fees and related expenses.
f. Payment Disputes
You have 60 days to dispute billed fees or charges in writing. You must pay while the dispute is pending or waive your right to dispute. Cooperate to resolve disputes.
g. No Refunds or Credits
Fees are generally non-refundable. You're responsible for errors or omissions. SaaSora may issue refunds or credits at its discretion.
h. Cancellations
You're responsible for cancelling services associated with your account. No refunds for failure to cancel services.
i. Financial Transactions
You're responsible for all financial transactions on the platform. You must handle chargebacks, regardless of the reason.
4. Intellectual Property
a. Platform Content
The platform and its content belong to SaaSora or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You have a limited license to access and use platform content for the purpose of using the platform. Any other use without permission is prohibited.
b. SaaSora Marks
SaaSora's trademarks and service marks are protected and can't be used without permission. Don't remove any SaaSora Marks or proprietary notices. SaaSora isn't responsible for the use of its marks by third parties.
c. User Contributions
User Contributions are not confidential or proprietary. SaaSora has the right to use, reproduce, and disclose User Contributions for various purposes. You're responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your User Contributions.
d. Prohibited User Contributions
Don't post User Contributions that are illegal, harmful, or violate intellectual property rights. Don't compromise the platform's security or access other networks without authorization.
e. Feedback
Any feedback you provide is voluntary and non-confidential. SaaSora has the right to use your feedback without restrictions. You're responsible for the content of your feedback.
f. Feedback Waiver
You release SaaSora from claims related to your feedback. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold SaaSora harmless from any related claims.
g. Copyright; Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
If you believe your copyrights are infringed, follow the DMCA procedure to notify SaaSora.
SaaSora will investigate and take appropriate actions. A counter-notice process is available if your content was removed but you believe it's not infringing. SaaSora may limit access or terminate accounts of users who infringe intellectual property rights.
In summary, respect intellectual property rights and use the platform responsibly regarding content and feedback.
5. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties.
SaaSora doesn't guarantee that the platform will meet your needs, be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or provide specific results. You acknowledge the inherent insecurity of the internet and telecommunications networks, and SaaSora isn't liable for data loss or changes during transmission. SaaSora makes no warranties regarding transactions with third parties or third-party services, and you engage in them at your own risk.
SaaSora can modify or discontinue the platform, including services and features, at any time without notice.
In summary, use the platform with the understanding that it comes with no guarantees, and SaaSora can change or discontinue it as needed. Be aware of the inherent risks associated with internet and telecommunications use.
6. Limitation of Liability
SaaSora's liability for any claims related to these Terms or your platform use is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past three months.
SaaSora is not responsible for special, punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including those resulting from data loss, even if they were informed of the possibility of such damages.
SaaSora is not liable for third-party services, disruptions, or transactions with third parties through the platform.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and protect SaaSora from any claims, including legal fees, arising from your use of the platform or any actions related to it. This includes claims related to your negligence, misconduct, or violations of these Terms.
Mitigation
If the platform violates third-party intellectual property rights, SaaSora may take actions like securing rights for your continued use, modifying the platform, or requiring you to stop using it.
In summary, SaaSora's liability is limited, and they are not responsible for certain types of damages or third-party services. You also agree to protect SaaSora from claims related to your platform use.
7. Limitation On Time To File Claims
Any claim related to the Terms or the platform must be filed within three months of the event causing the claim, or it's permanently barred.
8. Waiver And Severability
SaaSora's failure to enforce a term doesn't waive their right to do so in the future. If any part of the Terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
9. Change of Control
SaaSora can assign its rights under the Terms at any time. You can't assign your rights without SaaSora's written consent.
10. Entire Agreement
The Terms are the complete agreement between you and SaaSora, unless you have a separate written agreement with them. If there's a conflict between the Terms and a separate agreement, the separate agreement takes precedence.
11. Term and Termination
The Terms remain valid while you have a Platform Account. SaaSora can suspend or terminate your access at any time without liability. You need to provide 30 days' written notice if you want to terminate your account. SaaSora may delete inactive accounts.
12. Applicable Law and Binding Arbitration
English and Welsh law governs the Terms. Any disputes will be settled through arbitration on an individual basis.
